2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a service appointment by contacting our office. Availability is subject to scheduling constraints.

3. Informational Products

We provide digital guides, templates, and courses related to real estate law and practice. Access to these resources is granted upon full payment and account registration.

4. Physical Goods

PropJurid may offer printed legal manuals and branded materials. Shipping is arranged to the address provided at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Services

Requests for a refund of service fees must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. In certain cases, services may be transferred to a future date instead of a refund, at the discretion of PropJurid.

5.2 Informational Products

Full refund requests for digital products must be made within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund or a product replacement, please follow the procedure outlined in our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

Customers may request a refund for defective or damaged items within 30 days of receipt. Upon approval, replacements or reimbursements will be issued within 14 business days. All goods must be sent back in original condition.

5.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain expedited or custom drafting services are final sale. These bespoke offerings involve significant resource allocation and are therefore non-refundable. PropJurid commits to delivering these services with due diligence and quality assurance.
